With 25+ years in the property management industry, I’ve always been passionate about creating welcoming, well-managed communities where residents feel valued and supported. I especially enjoy working with diverse communities and building trust with residents while fostering a positive living experience. As an Asset Director, I value being part of the incredible 206PM team and appreciate the collaboration and dedication that make our communities successful. In my spare time, my partner and I love road-tripping and traveling throughout Washington State, the U.S., and Canada.

With 15 years of experience in real estate accounting and financial management, Lance brings a genuine passion for real estate to everything he does. As both an industry professional and active investor, he understands the business from every angle — from the balance sheet to the building itself.

Born and raised in the heart of Cajun Country, Louisiana, Lance leads with warmth and a grounded work ethic. When he's not focused on his portfolio, you'll find him spending time with his family, fishing, hunting, or anywhere the outdoors takes him.

Mandy has been with 206PM for over a decade. She takes pride in being a great listener and problem solver, and she strives to be an approachable manager for all residents. Born and raised in Seattle, Mandy has a deep appreciation for everything this great city has to offer. She is passionate about creating positive living experiences and building strong relationships within the communities she serves.

Tami is born and raised in the Seattle area, and after moving away for 12 years, is happy to call the PNW home again!  Tami has worked in property management for 6 years, working specifically with buildings in the U district area.  

She works to get to know her tenants, and actively looks for ways to support them, and help them feel safe, heard and welcome in the building.

Born and raised in Seattle, Joe Crudo has spent the last 15+ years managing properties across the Seattle area. He believes good property management starts with strong communication, responsiveness, and treating residents fairly. Joe lives in Gig Harbor with his wife and daughter and spends his free time performing stand-up comedy.
