Tenant FAQ


  • If I like multiple properties, do I have to do multiple applications?

    No, one application per applicant/co-signer does apply to all our properties, but for inquiries or wait listing you must contact the apartment manager directly and let them know that you have applied or are interest in property. 

  • Do you have a fax number to fax over paperwork?

    No, for all HIPA requirements, ESA’s, Dr’s, ADA paperwork, proof of income, or if you need a confidential question answered above the apartment manager’s responsibility, etc. Please scan this type of information and other emails to info@206pm.com. 

  • I see an apartment for a July move in but, I want to move in for September can I still apply for it?

    Typically, we will hold an apartment for 2 weeks, if you are interested in a later move date, please contact the building regarding the waitlist. 

  • My roommate moved out, can I sublease or use a portion of my unit as a vacation rental or long term to someone?

    No subleasing is allowed.  Visiting guesses may stay up to 10 nights.  If you have a vacant room in your unit and would like to add a roommate, please contact the building manager.  See roommate change procedure in your lease agreement and contact your building manager for policies for your specific building.

  • What are my options for paying rent? Cash, Check, direct deposit?

    We do NOT accept Cash! Personal check, money order or cashier’s check. Online-ACH check (no fees) through the resident online portal, credit or debit card (fee applies).

  • I’m an international student and don’t have a social security number, what should I do?

     Use all 9’s for the SS section on the application. Please attach your visa and I-20 to your application. 

  • Do I qualify to rent from 206 PM?

  • Do you have any pet friendly buildings for my cat, dog, hamster or goldfish?

    We do have a few pet friendly buildings, which allow cats, small caged animals or fish tanks under 15 gallons. We don't allow pet dogs at any of our buildings.  Please see neighborhood page under property details of properties.

  • Do you have any smoking units?

    No, all 206PM properties are smoke free. This includes common area,  parking garages, roof tops,  decks and entry ways.  All smoking must be done 25’ from the outside of the apartment building.

  • If there is a maintenance issue how do I make a request, what is the expected turnaround time?

    Please submit a service request via the resident online portal, these are prioritized based on severity of issue. For a more specific time frame please contact your building manager. If this an emergency, fire, flood or safety issue please contact your building manager immediately.
