NORTHGATE

Just north of downtown Seattle lies the up-and-coming Northgate neighborhood. A short drive from the city, you can escape the bustling streets to reside in a quieter neighborhood surrounded by trees and greenery while remaining a short commute away. With a new Light Rail station in the neighborhood, it is more convenient than ever. While quieter than the heart of Seattle, there are still a multitude of restaurants and retailers including a movie theater. Home to the first covered mall in the US, Northgate now houses the practice facility for Seattle's first hockey team, the Seattle Kraken, bringing in sports fans from all over Washington. All of this just a short walk from our buildings featured below.
