This is a large unit at 1250 square feet and has ample storage throughout the unit. This apartment has stacked washer/dryer located in unit. The building also has an app operated laundry room on each floor of the building and secure mailboxes. There is also a locked bike closet located inside the garage.

Barclay apartments is only a few minutes’ walk away from the University of Washington and close to University Way and all the great shops and restaurants that are offered there.

Tenants must make 3 times the rental amount or have a co-signer who makes 5 times the rental amount.
