Welcome to the Wellesley! Our beautiful vintage community was built in 1925, and retains its vintage charm; Hardwood floor, Coved ceilings, original light fixtures, plaster walls with picture rail and plenty of other original fixtures and woodwork. Each unit is supplied with its own private bathroom, walk in closet, and private kitchen space. Our launtry facility is on the bottom floor, along with available storage units, and a small selection of covered parking spaces. We have secured access entry to the building, and on-site managers on call 24/7. Our charming building is located in the heart of the University district, conveniently located near local transportation (Including the link light rail, coming soon), restaurants, and the University of Washington main campus and medical center.
Unit 106 is a well lit studio on the first floor that features a connected kitchen and bathroom space, as well as a full walk-in closet.
